A large crowd gathered on the Kerr County Courthouse grounds this morning for a 10 a.m. Memorial Day program observance. Hosted by Kerr County, Texas, the event featured everything from a presentation of colors, a keynote speaker and flags to prayers, a reading of the names of local fallen heroes, bugled "Taps" and more.
