Kerr County, Texas, offices to close for 2 days for Christmas
Most Kerr County, Texas, offices will be closed for two days next week so that employees can join their family and friends in celebrating Christmas.
Closed Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 24-25, will be the Kerr County Courthouse, 700 Main Street in Kerrville, the West Kerr County Courthouse Annex, 510 College Street in Ingram, the county’s 550 Earl Garrett Street campus in Kerrville and others.
Emergency services, including law enforcement, fire department and EMS, will continue without interruption.
Business hours will resume as normally scheduled on Thursday, Dec. 26. For operating hours of a specific department, refer to its individual webpage found in the “Departments” listing of the county website: www.kerrcountytx.gov.
The regular session of the Kerr County Commissioners’ Court scheduled for 9 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 23, will continue as planned.
The following week, county offices will be open on New Year’s Eve on Tuesday, Dec. 31, but will be closed for one day – New Year’s Day – on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
